ABOUT OUR COMPANY

The ESH company was founded in 1998.
In the 90s, mainly carpentry work was carried out.

Due to years of continuous research and development, wooden construction elements for low-energy houses were finally added to the product range.
With a new research project "Multi-storey social housing and prefabricated house construction in wood", new markets were established.

In 2005 the research project “The earthquake-proof wooden house” was started and the passive house elements were further developed.
In 2007 the research project “Earthquake-proof wooden house” was completed and the idea of using cross-laminated timber was implemented.

CROSS-LAMINATED TIMBER

Cross-laminated timber elements are flat wooden components made from at least three board layers glued together crosswise. They are manufactured as wall, ceiling, roof or special components up to a width of 3.2 m and a length of up to 20.0 m.
Production is subject to constant internal monitoring and by Holzforschung Austria. By means of CNC processing, the elements can be tied precisely ready for assembly.
Application areas:
The elements can be used for load-bearing, stiffening or non-load-bearing wall, ceiling, roof and special components for wooden structures. They are ideally suited for private house construction, multi-storey residential construction, agricultural buildings, bridges, in public buildings, in administrative and commercial buildings as well as for conversions and extensions.
